least 25% of the membership was present.

Call to Order:
Robert
Broome called the meeting to order. Started with Prayer and Pledge of
Allegiance.
1. Treasurer’s
report:
Balance as of Dec 31, 2007 is $15,644.11
Income: $31.21 interest
Expenditures: $440.81 for the previous two months
The
expenditures were for lawn maintenance around signs ($294)
Meeting
signs ($146.81)
2. New
officers slate was presented:
President: David Mannella
Vice-Pres: Open
Treasurer: Robert Broome
Secretary: Open
3. Nomination
from the floor made by Art Bell and Hugh Morris:
Vice-Pres: Kevin Foltz
Motion Made/Seconded: Bruce Clements/Hugh Morris
Text of Motion: To accept the slate of officers as amended.
In Favor/Against: Unanimous
4. The
officers for 2008 are:
President: David Mannella
Vice-Pres: Kevin Foltz
Treasurer: Robert Broome
Secretary: Open
5. Membership committee members Anne Mannella and Lisa Clement received copies of filled-out questionnaires for new members.
6. A total of nine families joined this evening.
7. Directory Committee: Cynthia Mitchell: no report.
8. New business:
Welcome committee should be established.
Plans for Covenants education should be made
FBCA website should be re-established.
