Treasurer’s Report

May 19,2008

The last Treasurer’s Report was presented in March, 2008 and reported a balance of $15,840.11. The revised balance is $17,095.74 due to the cancellation of a check. In April and May to date we collected $1,260.22 and had expenses of $2,368.24.

The current account balance is $15,987.72.

We presently have 88 paid memberships for 2008.

The Treasurer also keeps a list of all homeowners’ names, addresses, and phone numbers. This list is in the process of being updated. The list is updated through receipts of homeowner’s dues and/or the update form we send to each resident, as well as reports from neighbors. We currently have updated information on 139 residents.

The Association is depositing all income into the Parish National Bank account. We are still using the Bank of Louisiana account since we have so many checks available from that bank.
