Treasurer’s Report

The last Treasurer’s Report was presented in January, 2008 and reported a Dec. 2007 balance of $15,840.11. In January, February and March to date we collected $3,632.92 and had expenses of $3,782.29. The current account balance is $15,690.74.

We presently have 80 paid memberships for 2008.

The Treasurer also keeps a list of all homeowners’ names, addresses, and phone numbers. This list is in the process of being updated. The list is updated through receipts of homeowner’s dues and/or the update form we send to each resident, as well as reports from neighbors. We currently have updated information on 122 residents.

The Association is in the process of switching banks to Parish National Bank.
